★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto bella, curatissimo giardino e piante particolari. Il personale molto efficiente. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato molto bene. È stato un vero piacere mangiare qui , complimenti allo staff.Consiglio antipasto della casa frittura di calamari e gamberi, soute di cozze e vongole e grigliata del pescato del giorno.
Very nice location, well-kept garden and particular plants. Very efficient staff. Very fresh fish and very well cooked. It was a real pleasure to eat here, congratulations to the staff. I recommend the starter of the house fried calamari and shrimp, soute of mussels and clams and grilled catch of the day.

Servizio decisamente troppo lento. Una sola persona prende le ordinazioni di tutto il ristorante e nonostante questo si dedica anche a portare le pietanze ai tavoli. Insomma.... Bisognava sbracciare per farsi notare.
Cibo molto buono, piatti elaborati il giusto, pesce fresco e di qualità (consiglio i ravioli di capesante e gamberi).
Spaghetti con le vongole,rimandati indietro perché troppo salati ma il problema non era solo quello, completamente slegati. Erano più spaghetti all'olio con l'aggiunta di vongole e prezzemolo. Il cameriere è stato molto carino a farceli rifare ma oltre al sale erano uguali a quelli di prima. Tralasciando la tragedia spaghetti abbiamo mangiato bene, conto nella norma.

Very good food, dishes prepared the right, fresh and quality fish (I recommend the ravioli with scallops and prawns).
Spaghetti with clams, sent back because they are too salty but that was not the only problem, completely untied. It was more spaghetti in oil with the addition of clams and parsley. The waiter was very nice to make us redo them but in addition to the salt they were the same as before. Leaving aside the spaghetti tragedy, we ate well, account in the norm.

Rientravano dai Giardini di Ninfa verso Formia abbiamo deciso di cenare al primo posto libero.
È stata una vera fortuna ottimo pesce primi piatti ottimi ed abbondanti e la cortesia del personale super!! Da non dimenticare la pulizia perfetta. Complimenti ragazzi.

Returning from the Gardens of Ninfa towards Formia we decided to have dinner in the first free place.
It was a real luck excellent fish, excellent and abundant first courses and the courtesy of the super staff !! Do not forget the perfect cleaning. Congratulations guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incuriositi dall'affluenza notata piu volte passando in zona, alcuni amici locali ci hanno consigliato di provare l'ottima cucina di pesce.
Confermo la bontà dei prodotti genuini, primo tra tutti il pane fatto in casa dalla mamma proprietaria, gusto ricercato di primi un poco diversi dal solito, freschezza del pesce e gentilezza dei fratelli gestori. Prezzo adeguato a locale pulizia e bontà della cucina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale tranquillo e ben tenuto situato lungo la strada principale. Sicurezza anti covid con igenizzante, rilevatore di temperatura e registro clienti. Cortesia e buon cibo. Consiglio di provarlo .Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Quiet and well-kept place located on the main road. Anti-covid security with sanitizer, temperature detector and customer register. Courtesy and good food. I recommend to try it. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pasquetta senza programmazione, decidiamo all'ultimo istante di andare a mangiare fuori e senza prenotazione, mi avvio verso Gaeta, arrivano le ore 13, abbiamo fame, la paura dei tanti mi dispiace tutto pieno è tanta, decido che la prima insegna "Ristorante" mi sarei fermato e così ho fatto. Non mi sarei mai immaginato di stare così bene, ambiente pulito, comodo, tranquillo, accogliente. Ci serve Paolo che accompagna il nostro menù consigliandoci passo passo. Tutto squisito. Dall'antipasto al dolce e compreso il vino bianco locale. Stupefacente il baccalà, che Paolo mi scuserà, credo sia passato da tre cotture, finendo la cottura in forno a legna, veramente spettacolare. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Per finire quando mi è stato chiesto: ma dove siete stati a pranzo? Con mia sorpresa non ho saputo rispondere, non sapevo nemmeno il nome del ristorante, ma di certo ora non lo dimenticherò. Bravi a tutto lo staff del Risveglio di Fondi

I never imagined to be so comfortable, clean, comfortable, quiet, welcoming environment. We need Paolo who accompanies our menu advising us step by step. All exquisite. From appetizer to dessert and including local white wine. The cod, which Paolo will excuse me, is amazing, I think it went from three cooking times, finishing cooking in a wood oven, truly spectacular. We will definitely be back. Finally when I was asked: where have you been for lunch? To my surprise I couldn't answer, I didn't even know the name of the restaurant, but I certainly won't forget it now.
