 Small restaurant in the heart of San Demetrio Nel Vestini. Flavors of a cuisine rich in tradition and extraordinary proceeds from the region such as saffron, truffle, homemade pasta, home-grown fruit and vegetables, wild boar, capolines and fish-based dishes (to order).

Excellent and genuine food. The countryside is visible from the terrace where we had lunch. Owners and staff polite polite and professional and very nice. Highly recommended. We will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location molto suggestiva con affreschi sul soffitto che valgono (per quanto mi riguarda) almeno la metà del conto dopo il pasto, il quale, rende onore al contesto generale con prodotti tipici di indubbia qualità (garantisce lo chef Leonardo Visconti) ?
Very suggestive location with frescoes on the ceiling that are worth (as far as I'm concerned) at least half of the bill after the meal, which honors the general context with typical products of undoubted quality (chef Leonardo Visconti guarantees) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buona l'accoglienza, padroni gentilissimi e disponibili! Cibo ottimo,prezzi un po' troppo altini per le porzioni,ma tutto sommato in questa struttura si possono assaggiare le tipicità del posto e prodotti della propria terra.
Good welcome, very kind and helpful hosts! Great food, prices a little too high for the portions, but all in all in this structure you can taste the typicality of the place and products of your own land.

Tanti bei quadri sulle pareti e cucina raffinata ben interpretata dallo chef Leonardo insieme alla sua simpaticissima moglie Jamee. Da provare le pappardelle fatte in casa condite con tartufi e zafferano.
Splendid and refined environment with a magnificent view over the valley and the surrounding hills. Many beautiful paintings on the walls and refined cuisine well interpreted by chef Leonardo together with his very nice wife Jamee. Try the homemade pappardelle seasoned with truffles and saffron.

Cibo fatto davvero in casa molto buono e sapientemente preparato, dolci ottimi, personale cortese e gentile.
Nice and very elegant restaurant, nice view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jayne and Leonardo have created a great place, inviting and cosy, where you can taste excellent food. They grow their own vegetables so the dishes are seasonal and the flavours are exquisite. Leonardo is very carefull in selecting all the other ingredients. The house wine was excellent.
