★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale rustico e accogliente, ottimo personale, si sono rivelati molto gentili e scrupolosi. Passando al cibo già leggendo il menù si può intuire la bontà degli ingredienti di cui la maggior parte fatti da loro e altri di origine bio e questo non è cosa da poco. Molto pregiati i tagli di carne presenti in menù, peccato che nel momento in cui abbiamo ordinato ci è stato riferito che il tipico pane per accompagnare l'hamburger fosse terminato e al suo posto era possibile sostituirlo con una puccia, per tale motivo ho preferito optare per una pizza e per non rinunciare alle proposte di ottima carne presenti ho ordinato una pizza (pizza angus) con crema di carciofi fatta da loro, stracciatella andriese, carpaccio di black angus e mandorle tostate. La scelta si è rivelata azzeccata infatti è stata ottima, fantastico anche l'impasto con farina di tipo 1. Al mio tavolo altri hanno ordinato l'hamburger fatto con la puccia ed è piaciato ugualmente. Che dire tutto perfetto, forse i prezzi un po' alti ma come ben si sa la qualità si paga.
P. S. Ottima anche la scelta delle birre di cui la maggior parte artigianali.

Moving on to food, already reading the menu, you can guess the goodness of the ingredients, most of which are made by them and others of organic origin and this is not a trivial matter. The cuts of meat on the menu are very valuable, it is a pity that when we ordered we were told that the typical bread to accompany the hamburger was finished and in its place it was possible to replace it with a puccia, for this reason I preferred to opt for a pizza and in order not to give up the excellent meat proposals present I ordered a pizza (pizza angus) with artichoke cream made by them, stracciatella andriese, carpaccio of black angus and toasted almonds. The choice turned out to be spot on, in fact it was excellent, the dough with type 1 flour was also fantastic. At my table others ordered the hamburger made with puccia and liked it anyway. What about everything perfect, maybe the prices are a bit high but as you know you get what you pay for.
P. S. The choice of beers is also excellent, most of which are artisanal.

La location l'adoro poiché direttamente nel cuore della città e la carta dei vini è molto ricca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa sera ho preso le verdure in pastella, patate al forno e la pizza Angus. Sulle verdure nulla da dire, le patate buone ma potevano essere fatte meglio e la pizza purtroppo non mi è piaciuta affatto. Per i miei gusti era troppo "biscottata" e la crema ai carciofi copriva tutti gli altri sapori. Purtroppo il locale è molto piccolo.. Ho apprezzato i separatori tra un tavolo e l'altro, ma eravamo troppi in una sola saletta. Sul personale nulla da dire, gentile e disponibile.
Magari ritornerò per assaggiare i panini.
Tonight I got the battered vegetables, baked potatoes and Angus pizza. Nothing to say about the vegetables, the potatoes are good but they could have been done better and unfortunately I didn't like the pizza at all. For my taste it was too "brownie" and the artichoke cream covered all the other flavors. Unfortunately the place is very small .. I appreciated the separators between one table and another, but there were too many in one room. Nothing to say about the staff, polite and helpful.
Maybe I'll come back to taste the sandwiches.

Personale gentile e servizio molto rapido, nonostante fosse sabato sera. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza di distanziatori tra i travoli , vista l’emergenza pandemica e l’elevato numero di coperti
Although I prefer taller pizzas, the ones I tried were very good especially in the combination of ingredients. Nice staff and very quick service, even though it was a Saturday night. I also appreciated the presence of spacers between the beams, given the pandemic emergency and the high number of seats
