Nice place. Friendly staff and there is a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Excellent meat. I have yet to try the sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati al Rilketto a cena e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Il menù prevede diversi piatti, principalmente di carne, ma di tipologie diverse e di ottima qualità.
Ho preso un piatto di formaggi come antipasto e il cervo come secondo ed erano ottimi.
A fine pasto ci sono anche stati offerti dei digestivi (il liquore al Terrano fatto in casa era molto dolce e leggero, da provare!), questo a dimostrazione della cordialità del personale.
La prossima volta: panini!
We went to the Rilketto for dinner and we had a great time! The menu includes several dishes, mainly meat, but of different types and of excellent quality.
I had a cheese plate as an appetizer and venison as a main course and they were excellent.
At the end of the meal, digestives were also offered (the homemade Terrano liqueur was very sweet and light, to try!), This demonstrating the friendliness of the staff.
Next time: sandwiches!

Da segnalare le porzioni che non corrispondono alla descrizione data dal cameriere,piuttosto povere rispetto a ciò che ci si aspetta. Nel nostro caso,nonostante aver detto di essere affamati, conto salato e appetito non saziato.
Il piatto che ci hanno proposto,assicurandoci carne accompagnata da ricchi contorni di stagione è stato davvero deludente! Il cameriere si è scusato e ci è stato fatto uno sconto di 4€. Comunque non ci torneremo!
P.s.La carne comunque era ottima!!
Infatti non ho chiesto 1 kg di pasta per me,ma nemmeno un piatto scarso per 2 mentre eravamo 4 adulti.
E quando si promette un piatto con ricchi contorni di stagione permettimi che non mi puoi presentare 12 patatine e 4 pomodori per più di un adulto.
Ripeto comunque che non ho nulla da dire sulla qualità del cibo, anzi!

Note the portions that do not correspond to the description given by the waiter, rather poor compared to what is expected. In our case, despite having said that we are hungry, salty account and unsatisfied appetite.
The dish they offered us, assuring us meat accompanied by rich seasonal side dishes was really disappointing! The waiter apologized and was given a discount of € 4. However we won't be back!
P.s.The meat was excellent anyway !!
In fact, I didn't ask for 1 kg of pasta for me, but not even a poor dish for 2 while we were 4 adults.
And when you promise a dish with rich seasonal side dishes, allow me that you cannot present me 12 chips and 4 tomatoes for more than one adult.
I repeat, however, that I have nothing to say about the quality of the food, indeed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We don't understand much Italian. But the lovely friendly staff here brought us back for 3 nights of a 4 night stay near Duino. The food is varied with lots of specialties. Even my plain sounding grilled chicken and vegetables was perfectly seasoned and with a fabulous sauce that was anything but plain and with lots of yummy grilled vegetables. Il Rilketto was a really nice Italian experience for us. PS. No Pizza was really no problem ?
