Every time I go to Rome it is a must. The mozzarella and the macchione (typical provolone) are a goodness. The other products are also excellent.

Great stop for a sandwich, kind manager makes them tailor-made. Buffalo mozzarella, cheeses and cured meats. It can be consumed at the tables of the adjacent bar in the same management.
