Ho ordinato una pizza per le 20:30, dopo mezz'ora nemmeno l'ombra e dopo vari tentativi di contattarli mi dicono... Ancora dobbiamo fare la pizza!! Aggiungo che ho disdetto l'ordine e mai più da loro, sconsiglio vivamente. Really shameful and I wonder what kind of working seriousness they possess. I ordered a pizza for 20:30, after half an hour not even the shadow and after several attempts to contact them they tell me ... We still have to make pizza !! I add that I have canceled the order and never from them again, I strongly advise against it.

Il ragazzo torna indietro e e dopo 40 minuti mi arrivano due mezzi polli freddi e che lasciavano a desiderare persino...vabbè chiudiamo un occhio. Ordino una pizza (parliamo di una singola semplicissima romana) in arrivo ( in teoria) alle 8.30. Alle 9ancora l'ordine non era arrivato li chiamo e cosa mi dicono? " L'ordine è ancora in lavorazione" ...incommentabili,inutile dire che ho annullato l'ordine. Non mi vedrete mai più. I dare to say that a star is too much. I order 1 full chicken (20 minutes late), I get half of it home. The boy comes back and after 40 minutes I get two cold half chickens that left something to be desired even ... oh well let's turn a blind eye. I order a pizza (we are talking about a single very simple Roman) arriving (in theory) at 8.30. At 9 still the order had not arrived I call them and what do they tell me? "The order is still being processed" ... incommentable, needless to say I canceled the order. You will never see me again.

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo prenotato alle 18.15 per ricevere l'ordine alle 19.20, considerando che avevamo degli impegni dopo cena, avremmo preferito mangiare prima. Alle 20.50 non era ancora arrivato nulla, nonostante i vari solleciti. Abbiamo dovuto disdire l'ordine e rinunciare alla cena. I wish I could say something about the food, but I can't because the order never got to us so we couldn't taste what they offer. My fiancé and I booked at 6.15pm to receive our order at 7.20pm, considering we had busy schedules after dinner, we would have preferred to eat earlier. At 20.50 nothing had yet arrived, despite various reminders. We had to cancel the order and forgo dinner.

Ho ordinato per le 19:00, alle 20:00 ho chiamato e mi hanno detto che si dovevano ancora infornare, per poi arrivare alle 29:40, una vergogna, abito pure molto vicino, quindi ci dovevano mettere veramente poco. Alle 21.00 ancora non arriva nessuno, mi reco personalmente al locale e sono le 21.15 e mi dice è partito proprio adesso!!! Allora torno a casa e mi faccio la pasta! Il rider arriva alle 21.30 e ovviamente gli ho fatto portare tutto indietro! Serietà zero!!! Se avete un imprevisto o non è possibile un domicilio avvisate il cliente, non tutta questa presa in giro!!! Per me può chiudere!!!!
