Le pizze sono anch'esse molto buone, ma c'è un aspetto che non mi piace, e che reputo un errore di cottura abbastanza serio per una pizzeria: ho notato, sempre più spesso, che il cornicione della pizza è in buona parte bruciato, con conseguente risultato a macchia di leopardo per nulla gradevole né alla vista né al palato. Spero in futuro di poter cambiare opinione e dare 5 stelle che in tutta sincerità merita. The Quadrifoglio rotisserie is excellent, not to say superlative. The pizzas are also very good, but there is one aspect that I do not like, and that I consider a fairly serious cooking error for a pizzeria: I have noticed, more and more often, that the pizza rim is mostly burnt , resulting in a patchy result that is not at all pleasing to the eye or to the palate. Locale freddo (privo di riscaldamento), in totale c'erano 6 clienti, compresi noi 3, tutti con giubbotto ben chiuso anche mentre si mangiava.
