Dalle foto si vede già tutto, c'è poco da aggiungere se non la cortesia del personale al top (hanno una pazienza infinita!!!) e la qualità dei prodotti che Andrea usa in cucina e che porta in tavola con vera maestria. Non c'è verso, se passo qua davanti mi devo fermare a mangiare qualcosa!!!!! Tutti buonissimo, compreso il vino, fresco e di qualità, non torna su e non appesantisce. Onestissimo il prezzo!!!!!!!! Davvero, davvero consigliato!!!! We return in the afternoon by Andrea, who welcomes us warmly as always. From the photos you can already see everything, there is little to add except the courtesy of the staff at the top (they have infinite patience !!!) and the quality of the products that Andrea uses in the kitchen and that he brings to the table with true skill. There is no way, if I pass here I have to stop and eat something !!!!! All very good, including the wine, fresh and of quality, does not rise and does not weigh down. Honest the price !!!!!!!! Pranzo ottimo, pici cacio e pepe, arrosto di maialino con patate,panino col pastrami, vino, acqua, caffè, il tutto per 3 poco più di 40 euro per piatti davvero molto, molto buoni. Fantastico. Superb discovery. We went up to Garfagnana and, seeing how cold it was, we decided to warm up the tummy by discovering this fantastic restaurant. Excellent lunch, pici cacio e pepe, roast suckling pig with potatoes, sandwich with pastrami, wine, water, coffee, all for just over € 3 for very, very good dishes. Fantastic.

Bisogna valutare il contesto e dare il giusto peso ai parametri di giudizio. Il ristorante è collocato sulla strada statale, ed in settimana, il movimento di auto e camion è significativo. Fuori c'è parecchio rumore. Dentro il locale è veramente semplice. Se venite qui per cercare sciccherie o particolarità avete sbagliato. Qui si viene per mangiare bene. In un pranzo di lavoro noi abbiamo preso la tagliata di manzo con funghi del posto. Buonissima e cotta molto bene. Condimento ok. Ci è voluto tanto per averla dopo l'ordinazione ma comunque il lavoro di preparazione non è banale (io non sono cuoco però penso che ci voglia un po' per cucinarla, tagliarla, condirla con funghi ed impiattarla). Il proprietario è venuto a scusarsi per la lunga attesa (anche se per me giustificata dal lavoro importante per servirla) offrendoci un calice di vino. Azione molto apprezzata, e sinceramente, non del tutto scontata. Alla fine mediando i vari aspetti il ristorante vale quindi, si, lo suggerisco. We need to evaluate the context and give the right weight to the parameters of judgment. The restaurant is located on the highway, and during the week, the movement of cars and trucks is significant. There is a lot of noise outside. Inside the restaurant it is really simple. If you come here to look for fancy or particularities you are wrong. People come here to eat well. In a business lunch we had the beef tagliata with local mushrooms. Very good and very well cooked. Seasoning ok. It took a long time to get it after ordering it but in any case the preparation work is not trivial (I'm not a cook but I think it takes a while to cook it, cut it, season it with mushrooms and serve it up). The owner came to apologize for the long wait (even if justified for me by the important work to serve it) by offering us a glass of wine. Action much appreciated, and honestly, not entirely taken for granted. In the end, mediating the various aspects, the restaurant is worth so, yes, I suggest it.

Un ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo, il tutto con squisita cortesia. Peccato essersi fermato solo per una veloce sosta

Purtroppo eravamo di passaggio ma nella brave sosta abbiamo preso ottime focacce farcite con crudo e burrata, frittata e pomodori con maionese. Per solo 2,5 euro l'una abbiamo trovato qualità, ottimi ingredienti e gestori gentissimi. Veramente ai tavoli mangiavano fritti e paste dall'aspetto invitante .... sarà per la prossima volta...
