Alla mia richiesta di cambio del prodotto errato non solo non hanno offerto il cambio, ma nemmeno il reso gratuito. Inoltre, per avere il rimborso mi hanno imposto di restituire tutti i prodotti e non solo quello sbagliato. Non sono abituata a fare polemiche, ma per principio ho restituito tutto a mie spese soprattutto perchè al telefono il responsabile aveva un tono a dir poco sgradevole, senza la minima disponibilità a rimediare al disguido. Per i nostri apiari ora ci rivolgiamo a un venditore più preciso nelle spedizioni, più corretto e decisamente molto più gentile.
Bad experience. I placed an order for some products, one of which arrived wrong due to their mistake. At my request to exchange the wrong product, not only did they not offer the exchange, but not even the free return. Also, in order to get a refund, they forced me to return all products and not just the wrong one. I'm not used to making controversies, but on principle I returned everything at my expense, especially because the person in charge had an unpleasant tone on the phone, without the slightest willingness to remedy the problem. For our apiaries we now turn to a more precise, more correct and definitely much kinder seller.

Il negozio è fornito di tutto ciò che serve all'apicoltore, a partire dal materiale sino al vestiario. Per chi abita in zona Toscana-Liguria è sicuramente un luogo da visitare, anche perché non è solo un negozio, ma una vera e propria struttura
