★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a regular visitor to "Il pozzo antico" in Mascali I have always without exception found the staff to be more than welcoming, even without a pre-booked reservation. Their food is always of the highest standard, wholesome and tasty. Service is excellent and the venue itself is in my opinion is the best in Mascali. We always try and find a place outside in the garden, weather permitting and find it very relaxing to just sit, have a chat over a few drinks and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Well done folks and see you again soon.

The rooms are beautiful and have everything you need.
Rosi, the owner, is perfectly friendly and we enjoyed it very much.
We had also the breakfast and it's delicious, with homemade bread, croissants, jams and fresh fruit and tomatoes, eggs. :)
The dinner is also excellent, Pizza, Pasta, Meat, Fish ... everythings is supergood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place with perfect food, especially fresh pasta, delicious pizza and seafood. Very nice and helpful host. Quite far from the town but this is what you should expect from agriturismo. Place with a nice view to Etna, close to all interesting places on the east side of Sicily. We highly recommend.
