L'errore più grande della mia vita. Inutile dire che probabilmente era del giorno prima, ma i prodotti sono il vero problema,scadentissimi: il pomodoro era acido, la mozzarella stagionata e la pasta così poco lievitata che rende impossibile o quasi la digestione...Inutile parlare del mio stato fisico : crampi allo stomaco e assoluta mancanza di appetito. Non conosco gli altri prodotti del negozio, ma se una cosa così semplice come una fetta di margherita l'hanno servita così, il resto sarà tutto un copione...." Personale gentile e preparato ma nelle ore di punta risulta insufficiente per il numero di clienti da sbrigare. The loaves from 1/4 to 0.60 € are delicious. I prefer them, but honestly, any baked goods are good. Polite and prepared staff but at peak times it is insufficient for the number of customers to attend.
A	Alf Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domenica scorsa sono stato al Piccolo Fornaio per acquistare qualche prodotto per la prima volta. Un negozio tanti problemi. Elencarli tutti è impossibile ma cercherò di sintetizzare. 1) la cottura del pane: crosta molto molto dura e mollica quasi cruda (almeno quello che ho preso io ma dato il resto non penso sia un caso) 2) ho assaggiato una fetta di margherita che era sporca sotto (forno non pulito adeguatamente e quindi a casa buttata) 3) personale scarso per il numero di clienti ed infine scarsissima organizzazione nello staff. 4) prodotti di bassa qualità: pomodoro acido, impasto del pane molto molto pesante e latticini insapore. Ovviamente avendo provato solo una pizzetta e mezzo kg di pane non so come potrebbero essere gli altri prodotti, ma personalmente non ci andrò più. Una stella per come mi sono sentito male con lo stomaco penso sia anche troppo. Last Sunday I went to the Piccolo Fornaio to buy some products for the first time. A shop so many problems. It is impossible to list them all but I will try to summarize. 1) baking bread: very very hard crust and almost raw crumb (at least what I got but given the rest I don't think it's a coincidence) 2) I tasted a slice of margherita that was dirty underneath (oven not cleaned properly and therefore thrown home) 3) poor staff for the number of customers and finally very little organization in the staff. 4) low quality products: sour tomato, very very heavy bread dough and tasteless dairy products. Obviously, having only tried a pizza and a half kg of bread, I don't know how the other products could be, but personally I won't go there anymore. A star for how bad my stomach felt I think it's too much.
