★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finiti per caso in questo paesino abbiamo trovato questa pizzeria ed abbiamo provato una pizza Lazio! sinceramente niente di speciale, soprattutto la mozzarella era veramente molto scadente la mia ragazza la notte è stata pure male. Tutto da migliorare spero che vi serva da sprono a cambiare prodotti! completamente sconsigliata
We ended up in this village by chance and found this pizzeria and tried a Lazio pizza! honestly nothing special, especially the mozzarella was really very poor my girlfriend the night was also bad. Everything to improve I hope it will serve as a spur to change products! completely not recommended

Prodotti di alta qualità (a differenza di ciò che leggevo in alcune recensioni) l'impasto della pizza era molto leggero, quindi presumo che fosse a lenta lievitazione. Abbiamo provato sia l'impasto normale che quello ai 5 cereali. Ottimi entrambi. Consiglio vivamente questa pizzeria. Il personale è stato gentile ed i proprietari sono disponibili per ogni richiesta.
My husband and I had the pleasure of dining in this pizzeria. High quality products (unlike what I read in some reviews) the pizza dough was very light, so I assume it was a slow leavening. We tried both the normal and 5-cereal dough. Excellent both. I highly recommend this pizzeria. The staff was friendly and the owners are available for every request.

Filippo subito si è prontato con la sua gentilezza nel esprimere il mio desiderio....avvertendo che dato che fosse sabato ci sarebbe stato da aspettare ed invece dopo 20 minuti mi è stata portata la pizza...che dire....ottima di cottura e condimenti abbondanti!!!consigliato
Being in the PAPARARANZA FARMHOUSE .... Saturday night I felt like pizza ? ..... and asking mr. Filippo immediately took off with his kindness in expressing my desire .... warning that since it was Saturday we would have to wait and instead after 20 minutes I was brought pizza ... what can I say .... excellent cooking and abundant seasonings !!! recommended
