Ci sono d’accordo tante cose esperienza del dettaglio di pesca e il responsabile era troppo carino mi ha aiutato e raccontato come si utilizza la pesca per prendere un bel pesce!
Mi sono molto piaciuto ma unica cosa almeno è una cosa bella con un aiutante.

We agree with many things about fishing detail and the manager was too nice he helped me and told me how to use fishing to catch a nice fish!
I loved it but the only thing at least is a nice thing with a helper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è il mio negozio di riferimento, anche se abito a Bologna centro; ritengo che i ragazzi che lo gestiscono (Mirco e Carlo), oltre ad essere gentili e cortesi, abbiano una grande professionalità, dote al giorno d'oggi non comune e scontata.
Personalmente non esercito, tutti i tipi di pesca, per cui ho esigenze specifiche, loro riescono sempre a soddisfare le mie richieste, a volte può capitare che non ci sia la cosa o l'oggetto che cerco, ma si fanno carico di informarsi e se fosse possibile poterlo ordinare.
Grazie mille per il vostro modo di soddisfare la clientela.
This is my reference shop, even though I live in the center of Bologna; I believe that the guys who run it (Mirco and Carlo), in addition to being kind and courteous, have great professionalism, an uncommon and obvious gift nowadays.
Personally I do not do all kinds of fishing, for which I have specific needs, they always manage to satisfy my requests, sometimes it may happen that there is not the thing or object I am looking for, but they take care of informing themselves and if it was possible to order it.
Thank you so much for your way of satisfying the customers.
