Cara signora Emilietta Maestri, prima di dare dei maleducati agli altri insegni lei l'educazione al suo figliolo, il quale oltre a fare una scenata davanti ad altri clienti , ha usato un linguaggio che forse a un giovane ,nordico laureato, come ha sottolineato, può sembrare normale , ma a noi anziani, siciliani e di media cultura ha dato molto fastidio.Posso accettare le critiche sul negozio o sulla merce ( fra l'altro è stato interamente rimborsato ) ma non si permetta di parlare di maleducazione, perchè al contrario di voi , ne abbiamo anche troppa.

Dear Mrs. Emilietta Maestri, before giving rude to others, you teach your son education, who in addition to making a scene in front of other clients, used a language that perhaps a young, Nordic graduate, as you pointed out, it may seem normal, but to us elderly, Sicilians and of medium culture it has bothered me a lot.I can accept criticism on the shop or on the goods (among other things it has been fully reimbursed) but do not allow to talk about rudeness, because on the contrary we have too much of you.
