I soldi però vi sono arrivati...vi ho scritto diverse mail L riguardo ed ho scritto anche su whatsapp e ancora mi dovete rispondere!! Anche il penultimo ordine stessa storia. Your products are good, too bad you have to wait indefinitely to receive the products. A month has passed and you have not refunded me or sent my order. But the money has arrived ... I have written several e-mails about it and I have also written on whatsapp and you still have to answer me !! Even the penultimate order same story.

Provi a contattarli per telefono e rispondono ogni 20 telefonate, provi a contattarli via whatsapp e quando visualizzano neanche rispondono. Quando e se rispondono ti rispondono sempre e comunque la stessa cosa:"abbiamo avuto problemi" .una volta è fattibile,se la risposta è sempre la stessa ogni volta ,mi sento anche preso in giro!!! Da commerciante posso tranquillamente affermare che questo non è un servizio clienti,ma un DISSERVIZIO continuo al cliente . Se non si è in grado di offrire determinati servizi si fa più bella figura a non offrirli!!! Per inciso...sto parlando di ordini da circa 200€ ad ordine, beati loro che posso permertersi di ignorare clienti ed eventuali guadagni!! Dopo 20 giorni che attendo oltre al mio ordine anche una risposta qualsiasi a riguardo...ovviamente ho annullato tutto!! Grazie e a mai più rivederci!!! Non rispondono né al telefono né su WhatsApp, dopo 16 giorni in cui la merce era disponibile non hanno spedito e quando chiedi spiegazioni non rispondono. Veramente poco seri e maleducati. Il mese scorso sono andata in negozio e ho aspettato 45 minuti perché parlavano tutti e due con una cliente quando uno dei due avrebbe potuto servire gli altri. Quindi ho deciso di ordinare e farmi spedire la merce. Peggio che mai. E ogni volta non spendo meno di 200 euro! Ho comprato altrove e ho trovato roba ancora più buona, e a prezzi migliori. Grazie per la vostra cafoneria altrimenti non gli avrei mai scoperti e avrei continuato a buttare soldi con voi per roba meno buona! Fairly good products but poor customer relations. Non è mia abitudine dire " uhhhh uguale uguale al cibo vero uhhh sembra pasta vera uhhhh sembra pizza vera " no perché la pizza è la pizza la pasta è la pasta i biscotti sono i biscotti MA Ciò detto, è anche vero che quando per necessità o scelta di vita, devi mangiare in un determinato modo si ha anche bisogno di appagare la mente e le papille gustative Bene Ieri a cena ho mangiato un toast fatto con pan carre de il pane di rivalta, stamattina ho fatto colazione con un biscottino, e ieri a pranzo ho mangiato 25 grammi di grattini de il pane di rivalta in brodo. Una meraviglia ragazzi veramente una meraviglia. In passato ho mangiato cartone chiamato biscotti e segatura chiamata pane Ma questi prodotti sono veramente eccezionali. Non vedo l'ora di provare a farli io con le varie " farine " sempre loro che ho comprato. Ho effettuato l'ordine dal sito (nel mio caso prettamente prodotti dolci) ed effettuato il pagamento. Il giorno successivo però, ho dovuto contattare il numero a disposizione (ha risposto SUBITO una signora molto gentile) per comunicare che non avrei potuto ricevere la merce per una partenza improvvisa. Molto disponibile ha trovato la soluzione migliore per me e, oggi ho ricevuto i miei dolcetti. Ho assaggiato i bisco rigatello ? squisiti!! Sembrano frollini "normali". Non vedo l'ora di provare tutto il resto e procedere con la dieta decisamente più felice. Io certamente ordinerò ancora, ovviamente sono consapevole che, trattandosi di prodotti freschi da forno, i tempi saranno più lunghi ed i prezzi più alti dei prodotti industriali. Ne vale troppo la pena!!! Grazie. Reading many other reviews, I felt "naive" to order but, what can I say, I did just fine !!! I placed the order from the site (in my case purely sweet products) and made the payment. The next day, however, I had to contact the number available (a very nice lady answered IMMEDIATELY) to communicate that I could not receive the goods due to a sudden departure. Very helpful he found the best solution for me and, today I received my sweets. I tasted bisco rigatello ? exquisite !! They look like "normal" shortbread. I can't wait to try everything else and go on with the much happier diet. I will certainly order again, obviously I am aware that, being fresh baked products, the times will be longer and the prices of industrial products higher. It's worth it too much !!! Thanks.
