f	francesco farsetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cena tranquilla in famiglia di 4 persone… ordiniamo un crudite e tre primi più due fritture senza spine…crudite arrivato per primo non insieme ai primi..vero è un antipasto ma se un cliente mangia solo un crudite non è bello farlo mangiare da solo…ordiniamo anche due acque arrivate immediatamente è un litro di vino arrivato dopo 15min( si sono dimenticati) ..finalmente arrivano i tre primi( due spaghetti alle vongole e un pacchero) udite udite spaghetti alle vongole con vongole sgusciate taglia medio piccola..congelate o dei vasetti…ma scherziamo? 14 euro uno spago con vongole e mi porti le vongole sgusciate del vasetto? Posso capire un ristorante in montagna dove non possono garantire una vongola freschissima..ma siamo al mare…scherziamo??la risposta della proprietaria è stata..i nostri clienti preferiscono le vongole sgusciate..ma scherziamo? Sono di Milano e in 32 anni non ho mai mangiato al ristorante delle vongole sgusciate di vasetto. Osceno.. paccheri non mi dilungo…fritture( 2 dal costo di 40 euro) non proprio asciutta ma fragrante…ma le porzioni ragazzi…300 gr scarsi per lo più moscardini tre gamberi e qualche calamaro…boh posto da evitare assolutamente..conto 135 euro..non è assolutamente tanto se avessimo mangiato bene..ma qui siamo all insufficienza..sconsiglio assolutamente il palmizio..ad Alba ce di meglio. Quiet dinner with a family of 4 ... we order a crudite and three first courses plus two fry without thorns ... raw food arrived first not together with the first courses .. it is really an appetizer but if a customer eats only a crudite it is not nice to let him eat it alone ... we also order two waters arrived immediately and a liter of wine arrived after 15min (they forgot) .. finally the first three arrive (two spaghetti with clams and a pacchero) hear hear spaghetti with clams with shelled clams medium-small size .. frozen or some jars ... are we kidding? 14 euro a string with clams and bring me the shelled clams from the jar? I can understand a restaurant in the mountains where they cannot guarantee a very fresh clam .. but we are at the sea ... are we kidding ?? the owner's response was .. our customers prefer shelled clams .. are we kidding? I am from Milan and in 32 years I have never eaten shelled clams from a jar. Obscene .. paccheri I will not dwell on it ... fries (2 at a cost of 40 euros) not really dry but fragrant ... but the portions guys ... 300 gr scarce mostly octopus three prawns and some squid ... boh place to be avoided absolutely .. discount 135 euro .. it is absolutely not so much if we had eaten well .. but here we are inadequate .. I absolutely do not recommend the palm tree .. in Alba there is better.

Piatti gourmet, rispetto al passato, ma la freschezza dei prodotti è la fantasia dello chef hanno superato le nostre aspettative!!!!! Recommended by friends and I recommend it as well !!!! Primi piatti con pomodoro quasi crudo la fettuccina, contati i paccheri... entrambi poco saporiti. Sopravvalutato. Nice place, nice staff, but definitely unfavorable value for money. Small entree offered by the chef and put on the final bill 8 €. First courses with almost raw tomato, fettuccina, counted paccheri ... both not very tasty. Overrated.
