What I like most is ... that I have been to many parties in this place for children's birthday but the theme has always been different ... good for the variety !!! then the details are taken care of and it is no small feat !

... Non ho capito se era a norma... Comunque un grande caos e tutto poco organizzato.... Nel parcheggio sotto un ponte vi erano anche delle pozzanghere d' acqua.... Mah?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bimbi si sono molto divertiti e alla.fine è quello che conta,ma ci sarebbero da fare svariate critiche. Purtroppo il.giorno prima della festa un forte acquazzone si è abbattuto sulla zona a all'indomani,il proprietario si è ritrovato con tutto il locale praticamente allagato. La festa è stata fatta lo.stesso e l'ho trovato molto pericoloso. Il solaio aveva ceduto e nella sala c'erano secchi sparsi qua e la per raccogliere l'acqua che continuava a cadere giù. Pericoloso per i bambini perché si scivolava e per tutti quanti.....
Purtroppo mi ha deluso
The children had a lot of fun and in the end that's what counts, but there would be several criticisms to be made. Unfortunately, the day before the party a heavy downpour hit the area and the next day the owner found himself with the whole place practically flooded. The party was held the same and I found it very dangerous. The attic had given way and there were buckets scattered here and there in the room to catch the water that kept falling down. Dangerous for children because they slipped and for everyone .....
Unfortunately it disappointed me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza veramente pessima, personale scostumato e poco professionale, mi hanno fatto un preventivo a voce giorni prima in quattro e quattr’otto (nulla di scritto e fesso io che l’ho pure accettato...) di 240 euro tutto compreso escluso gli addobbi ed il rinfresco per gli adulti al quale abbiamo provveduto noi, morale della favola la festa è cominciata alle 6 ed alle 8 già avevano sbarazzato tutto con una fretta che neanche il tempo di girarti e già erano spariti rustici pizzette ecc..il tutto senza neanche chiedere ai diretti interessati se qualcuno volesse ancora qualcosa...la stessa cosa anche per la torta al punto che alle 8 dopo appena 2 ore già eravamo impacchettati per essere mandati via...dulcis in fundo al momento di pagare la responsabile ci ha fatto notare che come ci aveva già detto al momento del preventivo la torta nn era compresa nel prezzo (vi assicuro che nn ci è stato detto nulla)...bensì ai 240 euro dovevamo aggiungere 48 euro per una torta da 3 kili...cioè 16 euro al kilo per una torta con la nutella che neanche una torta nuziale!!! Ma scherziamo?? Alle nostre lamentele riguardo la fretta che ci hanno messo la responsabile in modo molto arrogante arrampicandosi sugli specchi ci ha risposto che forse era stata una nostra impressione...e che forse il problema era che nostro figlio non partecipava ai giochi della animazione...ma che cavolo c’entra!!?? Morale della favola abbiamo pagato perché siamo brave persone, il tutto ovviamente senza uno straccio di fattura, ma è stata una esperienza veramente pessima...sconsigliato.
Really bad experience, uncouth and unprofessional staff, they made me a quote verbally days before in a quarter of a mile (nothing written and foolish, I also accepted it ...) of 240 euros all inclusive excluding decorations and the refreshments for the adults that we provided, moral of the story the party started at 6 and at 8 they had already got rid of everything with a hurry that not even time to turn around and rustic pizzas were already gone, etc. ask the interested parties if anyone still wanted something ... the same thing also for the cake to the point that at 8 after just 2 hours we were already packed to be sent away ... last but not least when it was time to pay the manager made us note that as he had already told us at the time of the estimate the cake was not included in the price (I assure you that we were not told anything) ... but to the 240 euros we had to add 48 euros for a 3 kilo cake ... 16 euros per kilo for a cake with Nutella that not even a wedding cake !!! Are we kidding? To our complaints about the haste that the manager put us in a very arrogant way climbing on the mirrors, she replied that perhaps it was our impression ... and that perhaps the problem was that our son did not participate in the animation games ... what the hell does it have to do with it !! ?? Moral of the story we paid because we are good people, all obviously without a shred of invoice, but it was a really bad experience ... not recommended.
