★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Nido del falco è un piccolo gioiello circondato da una meravigliosa campagna e da una splendida vista, che mi ha davvero concesso momenti di riposo.Un tuffo nel passato della nostra tradizione, la cura nella scelta delle materie prime e una preparazione davvero casereccia dei piatti, lo rendono un posto in cui tornare. L'accoglienza è stata piacevole: pane pizza e vino rosso e poi antipasti dai sapori corposi e dalle porzioni abbondanti. I primi (la scelta era tra ravioli, chitarra al sugo o ai porcini e tartufo) un trionfo di odori e sapori. Io ho scelto ravioli zucca e noci, ottima e presentata nel coccio la chitarra con il tartufo. I secondi arrosti di carne e formaggio. I dolci quelli della nonna. Il servizio veloce, il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato.
Il Nido del falco is a small jewel surrounded by a wonderful countryside and a splendid view, which really gave me moments of rest.A dive into the past of our tradition, the care in the choice of raw materials and a truly homemade preparation of the dishes , make it a place to return to. The welcome was pleasant: bread, pizza and red wine and then appetizers with full-bodied flavors and generous portions. The first courses (the choice was between ravioli, guitar with sauce or with porcini mushrooms and truffles) a triumph of smells and flavors. I chose pumpkin and walnut ravioli, excellent and presented in the crock the guitar with the truffle. Second courses of meat and cheese. The sweets those of the grandmother. Fast service, excellent value for money. Recommended.
