Dopo tantissimi anni ..35 per l esattezza....sono costretto con amarezza e delusione ad abbandonare questo piccolo negozio erede del grande e storico Carletto.
I motivi non sono legati alla qualità e neanche alla gentilezza dei giovani eredi ma alla totale stoltezza per non parlare di altro ...che sarebbe più calzante ..di altra operatrice che forse data l età, non ha compreso che i clienti non vanno imbrogliati né tantomeno vessati.
Il fatto accaduto è grave e non lo dettaglio solo per pudore .
La persona si dovrebbe vergognare per la pochezza del gesto .
L unico consiglio..che poi sarebbe una regola universale..controllare i prezzi prima di acquistare .
L errore è umano il perseverare è diabolico ed anche inutile.

After many years ..35 to be exact .... I am forced with bitterness and disappointment to abandon this small shop heir to the great and historic Carletto.
The reasons are not related to the quality or even to the kindness of the young heirs but to total foolishness not to mention anything else ... which would be more fitting ... than another operator who perhaps given her age, did not understand that customers should not be cheated nor even harassed.
The fact that has happened is serious and I do not detail it only out of modesty.
The person should be ashamed of the inadequacy of the gesture.
The only advice ... which would then be a universal rule ... check the prices before buying.
Error is human, persevering is diabolical and also useless.
