Non c'è logica, non c'è ordine...attività che sembrano improvvisate... Non hanno nemmeno le letterine per Babbo Natale, ma solo fogli bianchi. Non vale assolutamente quello che costa. Bad, save your money .... everywhere there are free events a thousand times better. There is no logic, there is no order ... activities that seem improvised ... They don't even have letters for Santa, just blank sheets of paper. It is absolutely not worth what it costs.

Gentile, dolce e simpatico! Tutto allestito con grande gusto, cura e passione, molto ricco e originale. Merita sicuramente il viaggio! Complimenti a tutti gli allestitori! The kids were very excited about this beautiful Santa's house, they found the postman, the reindeer, elves, the winter king and finally Santa! Kind, sweet and nice! All set up with great taste, care and passion, very rich and original. Definitely worth the trip! Congratulations to all the fitters!

Per la scrittura delle letterina non vi era nemmeno un pennarello funzionante, e i bambini non sapevamo con cosa scrivere e colorare, ho dovuto dare a mia figlia una penna. Finito il mini villaggio di babbo Natale ti mandano al laboratorio del legno, l’unico intrattenimento che c’è e sorpresa a pagamento!! Per creare dei piccoli modèllini si deve pagare dai 5€ ai 10€ Assurdo! Usciamo fuori dopo 30 miseri minuti di visita e vediamo il trenino anche quello a pagamento 3€ a persona. Senza parole, mai visitato un parco così pessimo! tanta pubblicità sui social ma a mio avviso non ne vale la pena c’è ne sono di migliori come Lucca e Montecatini dove allo stesso prezzo si hanno bellissimi villaggi e tante attività comprese nel prezzo per i bambini. Once the mini village of Santa Claus is over, they send you to the wood workshop, the only entertainment there is is a paid surprise !! To create small models you have to pay from € 5 to € 10 Absurd! We go out after a miserable 30 minutes of visit and we see the train also the one for a fee of € 3 per person. Speechless, never visited such a bad park! a lot of advertising on social media but in my opinion it is not worth it there are better ones like Lucca and Montecatini where at the same price you have beautiful villages and many activities included in the price for children.

Soprattutto per il prezzo che non giustifica la chiusura degli stand esterni. Animazione praticamente inesistente. Non lo consiglio.. High expectations .. But unfortunately we were not satisfied. Services equal to 0 and small environment. I would not go there again .. Especially for the price that does not justify the closure of the external stands. Virtually nonexistent animation. A	Armando Di Liberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attratto dall'annuncio pubblicato su un quotidiano locale ho deciso di portare mio figlio nel mondo di Babbo Natale. Lui è rimasto a bocca aperta sembrava fossimo davvero al Polo Nord ed è per questo che giudico 4 stelle, ma il mio giudizio è un po' più severo. Nulla da ridire sull'accoglienza, abbiamo trovato cortesia e gentilezza in tutto lo staff,ma una sala con qualche decoro in cui in fondo c'è Babbo Natale, il laboratorio del legno con attrezzi da lavoro veri (martelli colla a caldo chiodi ecc) che alla fine ho riscontrato essere più un attrazione per grandi che per piccini e 2 bancarelle mi sembra davvero troppo poco. Nota negativa anche per gli spettacoli in quanto ne fanno solo 2 al giorno uno alle 11.30 e l'altro alle 16.00 noi siamo arrivati alle 11.45 ed il primo spettacolo era appena finito. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più... Attracted by the announcement published in a local newspaper, I decided to take my son into the world of Santa Claus. Nothing to complain about the welcome, we found courtesy and kindness in all the staff, but a room with some decoration in which at the bottom there is Santa Claus, the wood workshop with real work tools (hot glue hammers, nails, etc.) which in the end I found to be more an attraction for adults than for children and 2 stalls seems to me really too little. Negative note also for the shows as they do only 2 a day one at 11.30 and the other at 16.00 we arrived at 11.45 and the first show had just finished. I was expecting something more ...

Prezzo del biglietto esoso se si considera che fondamentalmente è uno stanzone addobbato con manichini vestiti in tema natalizio, spazio per le letterine non presidiato e Babbo natale con cui fare le foto anche queste a pagamento (5euro a foto ). Esperienza sicuramente molto fredda e senza spirito natalizio, secondo me fatta giusto per fare cassa al comune di Campi Bisenzio € 8 full, € 7 reduced, € 5 for residents. The ticket price is exorbitant if you consider that it is basically a large room decorated with mannequins dressed in a Christmas theme, space for unattended letters and Santa Claus to take pictures with, also for a fee (5 euros per photo). Definitely a very cold experience and no Christmas spirit, in my opinion made just to make cash at the town of Campi Bisenzio
