Mi ha seguito in due periodi delicati della mia vita, a distanza di una decina di anni l'uno dall'altro e in entrambi i casi mi son trovata benissimo.
Se la prima volta la sua consulenza mi é stata assegnata casualmente dall'ATS, la seconda volta son stata io a ricontattarla e son rimasta molto soddisfatta.
Mi ha aiutato a capire i miei limiti e le mie debolezze, ma anche i miei punti di forza e mi ha incoraggiato a trovare gli strumenti adatti per affrontare in autonomia momenti di stress, ansia, depressione e confusione in generale.
