After paying for everything before delivery, they sent me tiles in a different color. Deliver routes and then replaced. Something was always missing from the delivery. Incompetent. I never recommend it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato a gennaio 2022 tre coppie di sanitari. La merce mi è stata venduta per “nuova di fabbrica”. Al momento dell’acquisto, trattandosi di merce imballata e che doveva essere conservata in deposito non ho aperto l’imballo. Cosa che ho fatto dopo un mese, al momento di dover istallare i sanitari. Una coppia era effettivamente nuova di fabbrica. Una coppia era in buone condizioni ma era stata sicuramente in esposizione perché c’erano delle macchie ed era piena di polvere (tuttavia, sono riuscito a istallarla). Una coppia era assolutamente rovinata. Il WC aveva dei graffi di cui era stato tentato un riempimento (visibile ad occhio nudo); il bidet aveva una rottura sul retro ed erano pieni di graffi superficiali (non eliminabili) e polvere, segno che erano stati esposti, anche alle intemperie. Nello scatolone d’imballo mancavano la viteria ed il foglio di montaggio. Ho chiesto la sostituzione. Mi è stata negata, dicendomi che i graffi li avevo procurati io. Ho chiesto uno sconto per acquistare solo il bidet. Mi è stato detto che erano rimanenze di vecchi ordini non più disponibili sul mercato. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.
Bad experience. I purchased three pairs of sanitary ware in January 2022. The merchandise was sold to me as "brand new". At the time of purchase, since the goods were packaged and had to be kept in storage, I did not open the packaging. Which I did after a month, when I had to install the bathroom fixtures. One pair was actually brand new. One pair was in good condition but had certainly been on display because there were stains and it was full of dust (however, I managed to install it). One couple was absolutely ruined. The toilet had scratches which had been attempted to fill (visible to the naked eye); the bidet had a crack on the back and were full of superficial scratches (not removable) and dust, a sign that they had been exposed, even to the elements. The screws and assembly sheet were missing from the packaging box. I asked for a replacement. I was denied, telling me that the scratches I got them. I asked for a discount to buy the bidet only. I was told they were leftovers from old orders no longer available on the market. I strongly advise against it.
