My fm. and I have spent an idyllic week. Old construction with an impeccable restoration. Relaxing place where they are. Good will on the part of the owners but the event organization is too big for them .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendida struttura nel verde delle campagne fermane a pochi chilometri dal mare e pochissimi dalle piste di motocross. Casale completamente ristrutturato con varie camere matrimoniali con bagno privato e cucina comune. Arredamento molto carino in stile farmhouse. Consigliato.
Beautiful structure in the green countryside of Fermo a few kilometers from the sea and very few from the motocross tracks. House completely renovated with several double rooms with private bathroom and shared kitchen. very nice furniture in farmhouse style. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I got married here in July 18 and the venue was perfect. Their crop that year was sunflowers so all around we were covered in fields of gold and butterflies. Daniel was the most gracious host, despite us being awful drunken Brits at times. The wedding meal was perfect and the house itself and its surroundings has made all our guests want to further explore this stunning yet relatively unknown part of Italy. Highly recommended, we would love to come back with a family of our own one day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 5 days here for a family wedding. Great facilities and amazing hospitality by Daniel and his family. Very rural, so a peaceful and relaxing location. 22 of us stayed, enough space to not feel crowded. The rooms were clean, comfy and well equipped. The pool area is raised on the hillside and has great views. The gardens are beautifully landscaped.Definitely do the wine tour- loved it.
