I made 2 cakes for my and my husband's birthday, the first sponge cake with chantilly cream and pieces of strawberry, the second always sponge cake with bitter chocolate cream and pieces of strawberry ... WONDERFUL BOTH ... BRAVI ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT
