Mi sono recato presso questa libreria situata in Cuneo (70 Km andata e ritorno da dove abito io) per acquistare dei libri e prima di partire ho telefonato per non perdere il viaggio e la segreteria telefonica diceva che erano aperti in orario continuato e non potevano rispondere per l'enorme mole di lavoro. Peccato che sono arrivato davanti al negozio e ho trovato il cartello chiuso per ferie dal.....al.... Se la loro organizzazione del lavoro è questa.... lascia parecchio da desiderare. NEXT TIME, BEFORE GOING TO HOLIDAY, DISABLE THE TELEPHONE ANSWERING DEVICE WITH THE COMMUNICATION THAT YOU ARE OPEN. I ragazzi sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili, se fai una mail rispondono subito, se cerchi qualcosa si impegnano in trovarla, ecc. I proprietari sono molto efficienti e preparati. Unico problema sono le lunghe code che si formano davanti al negozio soprattutto in alcuni periodi dell'anno. Infine, dulcis in fundo, si sono mostrati cortesi e disponibili. Se abitassi a Cuneo ci andrei volentieri anche di persona (ahimé vivo a Milano!) Eugenio Very positive experience. D	Dario Bosio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi son trovato bene, organizzati e visto che ha un bel giro si trovano molti libri usati per tutte le scuole, anche la ricerca e prenotazioni sul sito funzionano bene... spesso c'è da fare la fila fuori ma e un piccolo prezzo da pagare per avere un risparmio, consiglio.
