R	Roberto Bertelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale sorprendete, ti aspetteresti un triste ristorante bar di appoggio alla Pesca Sportiva del Laghetto, invece ritrovi una cucina bolognese tipicamente locale di ottimo livello, tagliatelle al ragù al dente perfette, baldanzoni e tanti altri primi di qualità, buona la grigliata mista, ottime le crescentine con affettati misti. I due proprietari (Alessandro lo chef e Luigi maître di sala e barista) sono simpaticissimi, oltre che competenti. Alla sera rinfresca grazie al Laghetto e la temperatura è piacevolissima, così la birra (artigianale chiara e rossa) rende al massimo. Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno con mia suocera cuoca di tutto rispetto della tradizioni bolognesi, lasagne e balanzoni molto buoni. Il posto necessita di qualche miglioria ecco che sono certo che faranno ecco perché "solo" 4 stelle. Consigliatissimo Handmade pasta as tradition, very characteristic place, well cared for and clean. Ottimi i primi esclusivamente di pasta fresca e tirata al mattarello. I secondi sono molto buoni così come i dolci. Una nota particolare al pane e alla crescenta che vengono preparati in "casa", così come i dolci. È un luogo adatto per feste, alle famiglie e alle compagnie di amici con un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.
