★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo passato veramente una gradevole serata, nella tranquillità della sala interna, serviti da una cameriera professionale e simpatica che ci ha saputo consigliare un'ottima combinazione di antipasto con specialità locali mare e monti, per accompagnare due pizze interessanti. Abbiamo scelto una pizza classica con bufala e pomodoro, che non ha tradito le aspettative, e anche una golosa specialità della casa che dà il nome al locale, la pizza giropizza, con mortadella sottile e un velo di crema di ceci e rosmarino, una vera delizia.
Il cuoco ci ha spiegato che impiega anche un po' di farina di riso per dare un'ottima consistenza granulosa all'impasto esterno.
Mi piacerebbe tornarci per assaggiare altre proposte, dato che era tutto buono e servito in un clima cordiale. Siamo stati bene.
We spent a really pleasant evening, in the tranquility of the internal room, served by a professional and friendly waitress who was able to recommend an excellent combination of appetizer with local sea and mountain specialties, to accompany two interesting pizzas. We chose a classic pizza with buffalo and tomato, which did not betray expectations, and also a delicious house specialty that gives the place its name, the giropizza pizza, with thin mortadella and a veil of chickpea and rosemary cream, a real delight.
The cook explained to us that he also uses a little rice flour to give an excellent grainy texture to the external dough.
I would love to go back to try other dishes, as it was all good and served in a friendly atmosphere. We have been fine.
