Abbiamo atteso l’apertura pomeridiana delle ore 16:00 arrivando un po’ in anticipo pensando che almeno il sabato ci fosse una maggior attenzione al cliente, nel tentativo di difendersi dalla concorrenza dei centri commerciali.. ma tant’è.. evidentemente è una nostra sensibilità non condivisa! Alle 16:20 ci siamo arresi e siamo ripartiti per Bologna. Ci rimane la curiosità di sapere quale sarà stato l’effettivo orario di apertura.
Continueremo ad essere fautori degli acquisti nei piccoli negozi.. però bisogna anche attrezzarsi con un minimo di servizio al cliente!
Visiting relatives in Lendinara, we decided to buy some clothes for our son here. We waited for the afternoon opening at 4:00 pm arriving a little early thinking that at least on Saturday there was a greater attention to the customer, in an attempt to defend themselves from the competition of the shopping centers .. but so much so .. evidently it is a our sensitivity not shared! At 16:20 we surrendered and left for Bologna. We still have the curiosity to know what the actual opening hours were.
We will continue to be supporters of shopping in small shops .. but we also need to equip ourselves with a minimum of customer service!
