Ci ha accolto Alessandra di una Professionalità impeccabile, che ci ha aiutato nella scelta di un abito da cerimonia!! Sono andata per uno e siamo usciti con quattro!!! Il giardino della sposa? Assolutamente da andare!

Ottimo Atelier. Ho acquistato il mio abito da cerimonia e da sposa per mia figlia. Gli abiti sono selezionati con grande cura dalla titolare che è una grande esperta di moda ed ha molto buon gusto. Si vede che c'è passione e molta esperienza dietro a quello che fa. Inoltre sia la titolare che il suo personale sono molto professionali e disponibili. Ero in attesa del mio turno per fare la prova con la sarta quando il Sig. Federico (autore della precedente recensione) ha ritirato il suo abito pretendendo di ritirare senza pagare le spese di sartoria. Ho anch'io un'attività commerciale e sono consapevole del fatto che dietro alle recensioni negative si nasconde a volte cattiveria ingiustificata. La titolare ha tutta la mia solidarietà e stima.

Ringrazio di cuore Alessandra, una persona carinissima, estremamente disponibile e competente. Ha reso la scelta del mio abito da sposa un momento magico. Si sa che trovare l'abito dei sogni non è mai semplice, eppure lei ha compreso sin da subito i miei gusti proponendomi abiti favolosi, consigliandomi e facendomi sentire una principessa. Consiglio a tutte le sposine che amano sentirsi coccolate di scegliere questo atelier

Bellissimo il nuovo atelier a San Marino! Gli abiti sono favolosi, sia per gli sposi che da cerimonia oltre ad esserci una vastissima scelta! È impossibile non trovate quello che si cerca: raffinatezza, cura dei dettagli e tanto altro. Un particolare ringraziamento ad Alessandra e Angelica..super gentili e disponibili! Grazie ancora!

Ho acquistato il mio abito da sposa, abito da sposo e cerimonia, praticamente abbiamo vestito tutta la famiglia. Siamo stati soddisfattissimi. Abbiamo potuto scegliere tra abiti bellissimi, delle migliori firme, in più il personale, Alessandra ed Angelica, sono state fantastiche, ci hanno curato l'abbinamento e completato gli abiti con tutti gli accessori. Il servizio di sartoria è stato ottimo e il nuovo show room che hanno a San Marino è elegantissimo. Se cercate un Atelier di gran classe questo è il posto giusto. TOP!!!

Really poor service

Wonderful dresses and adorable people. The best!!!

Recently I purchased a beautiful wedding dress from this shop. While I was absolutely in love with the dress, the service I received regarding was terrible. After purchasing my dress, I needed to relocate from Italy to the US 3 months before to my wedding. I would be returning to Italy just 1 week before my wedding. Prior to my move, I wanted to have a couple of fittings. During these appointments I was rushed, and told that no real adjustments or modifications could be made until closer to my wedding. I then scheduled 3 appointments for the week prior to my event, immediately upon my return to Italy. The week prior to these appointments (when I was about to leave the US), I was phoned and told one needed to be rescheduled - which was a bit annoying considering how many moving pieces were I play and the timing of my event...but fine. I then returned to Italy and began the fittings. At my first appointment back, I was told that simple changes to my veil were not yet made (after 3 months!) so I could not take my veil with me to my hair trial the following day. The original seamstress I was working with, was also no longer around to assist in my modifications. During each of these 3 appointments, i was rushed. During the final appointment, a hem was made too short. I was told that the hem could be let down, but I had to agree that after that change was complete, the dress was done - and I was not longer allowed to re-try and make more changes. Because of my utter exhaustion, and the fact that my event was 48 hours away - I just settled. However - When all was said and done, the bustle of the dress actually broke during the wedding. The tulle was also too long and hung out beneath the final hem...upon getting dressed for my big day, my mother was on her hands and knees cutting the tulle so that it did not hang out unevenly out of the bottom of my dress. If the sarta (seamstress) had been given adequate time and calmness to complete the needed changes, I think the dress would Have been fine...however, management was so pushy and rushed us so much, things we not done at the pace needed to deliver a dress ready for the most important day in a client’s life. This situation was extremely stressful, and why I would not recommend purchasing here.
