Domando taglia e prezzo e mi risponde che la taglia è unica, precisando poi che calzano 6-9 mesi e costano 30 euro! Il mio bimbo è molto grande, nonostante abbia 7 mesi, per cui le chiedo se potessi provargliele. Le mie orecchie sentono una fragorosa risata, la commessa ride e se la ride di gusto rispondendomi che in diversi anni di carriera non le era mai capitato che qualcuno volesse provare delle babbucce, perché si rovinerebbero..le scarpe si provano, le babbucce no. Mi sono sentita umiliata dalle sue risate così indisponenti.. arroganti. Esco basita..senza parole, vado da mio marito che mi fa inoltre notare che quando sono entrata, la signora era assorta dal cellulare e vedendomi con fare scocciato ha tolto il cell che era in carica dalla presa per portarlo con se'... La cura da parte della signora Eleonora, per la selezione delle collezioni (tengo a precisare che si tratta di tutto artigianato Italiano) e per i dettagli nell’esposizione delle stesse, in vetrina e all’interno del punto vendita, rendono l’esercizio un vero valore aggiunto per la splendida Cattolica. Inoltre, non essendo del posto, mi è capitato di provare anche l’esperienza di acquistare online e confermo che per di più in quest’ultimo caso, l’attenzione per il cliente nel percorso di vendita personalizzata è davvero apprezzabile. Non a caso la mia valutazione finale è 5/5. l	lucia rossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata attirata dalle vetrine stupende del giardino dei nanetti, leggendo ho notato la dicitura solo artigianato, sono entrata con grandissima curiosità, accolta dalla proprietaria Eleonora, di una gentilezza estrema, si è subito scusata per avere il cellulare in mano, stava concludendo una vendita online personalizzata, le ho chiesto ció che mi serviva, mi ha mostrato tantissimo capi, uno più spettacolare dell’altro, alla fine fidandomi apertamente della sua esperienza, delle sue spiegazioni, e dei suoi consigli, ho acquistato il corredino total look per la mia bimba che nascerà a novembre; sono uscita con le ali ai piedi, pienamente soddisfatta dell’acquisto. Consiglio vivamente questo negozio,c he veste da 0 a 16 anni, facendo anche mamma e figlia, tornerò sicuramente e pubblicizzerò il tutto alle mie amiche! Complimenti per la professionalità, la cortesia e la scelta accurata dei capi e dei dettagli! La proprietaria trasmette tutta la sua passione e il suo amore per il suo lavoro! Ho acquistato in questo negozio un completo per il battesimo di mia figlia, all'inizio tutti gentili dopo aver speso più di 300,00€ poi qualche settimana dopo sono tornato per guardare delle scarpine e un cerchietto sempre per il battesimo e la titolare oltre a non averci degnato minimamente di attenzione si è pure scocciata senza motivo quando le abbiamo chiesto di provare il cerchietto. Trovo assurdo un comportamento del genere da parte di un negoziante!!! Bad experience! I bought in this shop a suit for my daughter's baptism, at first all kind after spending more than € 300.00 then a few weeks later I returned to look at some shoes and a headband always for the baptism and the owner as well as not having paid any attention to us, she was also annoyed for no reason when we asked her to try on the headband.
