C	Carlo De Bonis (Charlie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location suggestiva da 4 stelle, i due camerieri sono stati perfetti, gentili e cortesi, purtroppo erano lenti perché solo in due per servire tutti i tavoli. L'attesa per ogni cosa è stata snervante. L'antipasto è stato elaborato e sorprendente, i primi e il secondo un po' deludenti. Prezzi al di sopra della media e attenzione ai dettagli per la cura del cliente totalmente assenti, per quello che è il costo delle portate. Abbiamo assistito a una sceneggiata di altri clienti non della zona a cui avevano aggiunto 50€ in più sul conto tra le portate e anche a me ha dato l'impressione di voler approfittare a pieno dei turisti quando arrivato a casa mi sono accorto che mi è stato addebitato un costo di 4€ in quanto il segnaposto del tavolo si è rotto mente lo spostavo dal centro del tavolo. Un gesto grezzo e inopportuno. Avrei speso volentieri altre volte da loro nonostante siamo su una cena di 40€ circa a testa, ma i ristoratori che non danno la giusta importanza ai clienti non meritano nulla. Ah, dimenticavo, mi sono accorto che il livello generale della zona è molto basso, quindi questi signori finiscono anche per essere '' i migliori ''. Assurdo. Carta dei vini buona ma i prezzi dei vini si presentano in carta più del doppio del normale valore commerciale, ovviamente questa usanza di molti se non di tutto il comparto. Nostra esperienza dopo la prenotazione sue ore di attesa per la prima portata servita. L’acqua è fornita a km 0 ma costa come acqua minerale comune ed è modificata per rendertela frizzante. Poche persone impiegate in cucina rendono il servizio lento a differenza delle impegno dei ragazzi in sala. Unica giustificazione è IL MESE DI AGOSTO. Prezzi altissimi e a questo punto ingiustificato. Dopo 4 anni un divorzio inaspettato. Hospitality and professionalism; well prepared dishes with excellent local products. Improving the pizza. Cucina impeccabile con possibilità di mangiare anche pizza ma la cucina tradizionale ha il suo perché. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto con il personale altamente qualificato e professionale. Assolutamente un posto nel quale tornare in questa cornice della Costa Cilentana A truly exclusive place, very modern but at the same time sophisticated furnishings. Si sentono tutti i sapori ad uno ad uno senza che nessuno di essi sovrasti l'altro. Complimenti alla cuoca davvero molto brava. Per quanto riguarda i prezzi, sono leggermente sopra la norma ma li valgono tutti. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare. Grazie.
