★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa confortevole fronte mare.Climatizzata con due camere da letto e ampia cucina soggiorno.Unica pecca, consiglio caldamente di concordare anticipatamente tutti i costi con i proprietari, in quanto chiedono extra per caparra (100€) pulizie(25€) e consumo elettricità. Il riscaldamento dell'acqua sanitaria è con scaldabagno elettrico quindi difficilmente defalcabile con il consumo dei soli climatizzatori.Non vi è nessun posto auto nei pressi dell'abitazione, quindi l'auto va nel parcheggio a pagamento. Per il resto tutto ok.
 Comfortable house facing the sea.Climatized with two bedrooms and large living room kitchen.One flaw, I strongly recommend to agree all costs with the owners in advance, as they ask for extra deposit (100 €) cleaning (€ 25) and electricity consumption. The sanitary water is heated with an electric water heater which is therefore difficult to calculate with the consumption of the air conditioners only. There is no parking space near the house, so the car goes to the parking lot for a fee. Everything is ok for the rest.
