Ad oggi, dopo ben tre viaggi in negozio e più telefonate di sollecito ancora il mio ordine nn è arrivato.
Natale rovinato.

It was a trusted place for me, so I decided to order a pillow as a gift and was assured it would arrive on Saturday 15th December.
To date, after three trips to the shop and more reminder calls, my order has still not arrived.
Ruined Christmas.
