Comunque sempre accogliente e personale gentile e disponibile. When I lived in the center it was close to home and it was our reference oven. I was there today and saw that both management and the environment have changed. However always welcoming and friendly and helpful staff.

Invito il personale ad effettuare lo scontrino, cosa che non mi e' stata data. Non sono io a dirlo e' la legge. I was not happy. I bought two donuts with the cream. Where was the cream? Virtually empty and too greasy. I invite the staff to make the receipt, which was not given to me. I'm not saying it, it's the law.

Salutato due volte appena entrato e la signora mi ha guardato ed ha continuato a fare il suo sia appena entrato che quando sono uscito. E quando mi ha chiesto cosa volevo è stata anche sgarbata. No vabbè ma anche a mai più. Courtesy: Complex of qualities, including respect towards others, kindness towards others, pleasantness of conversation.
