When I am in town in Santo Stefano Quisquina, "Il Forno Gilda" is my go to place for local goodies. I love their arancini, pannelle and pizza con le sarde! I also order my savoiardi and dolci Siciliani to take back to New Jersey & New York for my friends and family. ( I can't go to Sicily and not bring everyone here their sweets! I would never hear the end of it!) My brother and his family love the savoiardi. My boyfriend and my best friend love the typical dolci Siciliani. The service here is also polite and helpful. The owners treat me like a local. I will most certainly be going back.
