Personale giovane e gentile. What can I say ...... finally, the smell and taste of real bread seems to go back in time when the rhythms were slower and more relaxed when coming from work in the fields we entered the house and felt the smell of bread just coming out of the wood-fired oven, which in its simplicity made you happy and satisfied. Che delusione,avrebbero dovuto esserci fragole e mirtilli, invece niente, in una intera pagnotta solo l accenno spiaccicato di 1 non so cosa!? Poi la solita incompetenza nell uso (eccessivo) delle spezie. Adesso basta,pane del forno Calzolari non mi accalappi più. Sei decisamente cattivo. Aperti anche la domenica mattina. Local baked products respecting the mountain tradition, excellent for quality and flavor, prices very (sometimes too much) above average. Also open on Sunday mornings.

Il personale risulta professionale. Matteo, il titolare, sembra una persona alla mano ed è stato sempre presente nelle varie fasi della giornata. Buona la colazione con fette di pane e marmellata o pane e ricotta. Buoni i biscotti. L'evento è davvero spettacolare: camminare nelle strade e nelle campagne dell'appennino di Monghidoro attraversando storici borghi carichi di storia e rivitalizzandoli; il contatto con la natura; assaggiare i prodotti di più chef accompagnati da vino e birra particolari... un evento da provare assolutamente! Excellent oven for its products and for the organization of the Mangiro '! Matteo, the owner, seems like an easy-going person and has always been present throughout the day. Good breakfast with slices of bread and jam or bread and ricotta. Good cookies. The event is truly spectacular: walking in the streets and countryside of the Monghidoro Apennines, crossing historic villages full of history and revitalizing them; contact with nature; taste the products of several chefs accompanied by special wines and beers ... an event to try absolutely!
