★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualità e cortesia. E poi mi ricorda la mia infanzia: il signor Gaballo, bicicletta e tavola in spalla, veniva a prendere il pane che le mani sapienti di mamma e papà avevano creato. Un miracolo di equilibrismo. E una cottura perfetta. E il profumo....e il sapore. P.s. ovviamente la bicicletta era a terra. Buon pane a tutti.
 Quality and courtesy. And then it reminds me of my childhood: Mr. Gaballo, bicycle and table on his shoulder, came to get the bread that the skilled hands of mom and dad had created. A miracle of acrobatics. And a perfect cooking. And the smell ... and the taste. P.Š. obviously the bicycle was on the ground. Good bread to all.
