★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo forno ho provato fagottini, cornetti, focaccine e focacce ed ho trovato tutto molto buono, in particolar modo le brioches dolci fatte da loro.
Buono anche il pane nelle sue varie forme.
Dispone anche di un angolo frigo ed alimenti base (come latte, acqua, bibite, farina, biscotti).
Lo consiglio per la bontà dei prodotti e perché ho sempre trovato il personale sorridente dietro il bancone. Prezzi più che buoni.
In this oven I tried dumplings, croissants, scones and focaccia and I found everything very good, especially the sweet brioches made by them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pane è buono, così come le focacce e le pizze. I dolci sono discreti, non è una pasticceria, ma si respira l’amore e la passione per la panificazione.
Per quanto riguarda i prezzi applicati invece è alquanto discutibile il comportamento.
L’abitudine è di NON applicare l’effettivo costo del pane ma un costo maggiorato.
Infatti inseriscono in un unico pacchetto pani con costi differenti, scelta che posso condividere per l’impatto ecologico, ma il prezzo applicato a quel punto NON deve essere quello più costoso.
Una caduta di stile che non mi sarei aspettato stante che difendo il piccolo negoziante specializzato preferendolo alla grande distribuzione, ma se il comportamento è questo non vi è ragione di sostenerlo.
Il voto quindi non è determinato dalla qualità del pane ma dal pessimo comportamento.

In fact, they insert breads with different costs into a single package, a choice that I can share for their ecological impact, but the price applied at that point must NOT be the most expensive.
A fall in style that I would not have expected since I defend the small specialized shopkeeper preferring it to large retailers, but if this is the behavior there is no reason to support it.
Therefore the mark is not determined by the quality of the bread but by the bad behavior.

Se passi per lambrate non puoi non andare a provare la sua pizza margherita! È una delle migliori in tutta Milano, il pane e i pasticcini sono fenomenali ! Per non parlare del personale molto cordiale e simpatico ! Consiglio
A cut above all, excellent quality! I think he is one of those few bakers in Milan who works at night and uses quality products! If you go to Lambrate you can't not go and try his pizza margherita!
