G	Giovanni Traina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do questa valutazione no per la qualità dei prodotti (tutto ottimo) ma per i collaboratori del sig. Castelluccio in quanto poco attenti al cliente. Per tre volte (l'ultima volta proprio oggi) pur avendo ordinato parecchie ore prima 5 francesini quando sono andato per ritirare mi hanno detto che solo due ne avevano messo da parte a quel punto sentendomi preso in giro per l'ennesima volta sono andato via e mi sono ripromesso di non andare mai più in questo panificio. Peccato così facendo anziché acquisire i clienti li perdete. I give this evaluation not for the quality of the products (all excellent) but for the collaborators of Mr. Castelluccio as little attentive to the customer. Three times (the last time just today) despite having ordered several hours before 5 Frenchmen when I went to collect they told me that only two had put aside at that point feeling teased for the umpteenth time I went away and I vowed never to go to this bakery again. Too bad by doing so instead of acquiring customers you lose them.

Le vaschette presentatemi mi sembrano piccole (monoporzione di pasta al forno) ma la signora mi rassicura dicendomi che le vaschette sarebbero state più grandi e che al momento non disponibili per farmele visionare. Il giorno del ritiro passo a prendere le vaschette già confezionate e vengo rassicurato che erano quelle più grandi.(pagandole anche di più ) La sorpresa a casa d'amici è stata imbarazzante. Non solo le vaschette erano quelle piccole ma anche mezze vuote. Nella foto si può notare la differenza tra quella alla ricotta e quelle al cioccolato. On the day of collection I go to take the pre-packaged trays and I am reassured that they were the largest ones. (Paying even more for them) The surprise at a friend's house was embarrassing. Not only were the trays the small ones but also half empty. In the photo you can see the difference between the ricotta and the chocolate ones. Thanks for the bad impression you made me do
