Dopo aver avuto la conferma di essere aperto mi sono recato in negozio e sono stato accolto da una signora molto disponibile e gentile.
Ho prenotato una Sacher, delle frittelle dolci alla crema, delle parigine alla marmellata e alcuni biscotti.
Tempo una giornata e il titolare aveva già preparato tutto, fresco e fatto a mano.
Sono rimasto stupito della semplicità con il quale hanno gestito la cosa, considerando tutti quei negozi che si fanno delle pippe mentali senza dare un servizio ai celiaci.
Nonostante il negozio sia abbastanza piccolo, la cura, l’igiene e la contaminazione sono gli aspetti più a cuore del titolare.
Complimenti per l’impegno e il servizio che offrite!!
Browsing the internet, I accidentally found this oven as one of the related words was gluten-free.
After having confirmed that I was open, I went to the shop and was greeted by a very helpful and kind lady.
I booked a Sacher, some sweet cream pancakes, some Parisian with jam and some biscuits.
Time a day and the owner had already prepared everything, fresh and handmade.
I was amazed at the simplicity with which they managed it, considering all those shops that do mental blowjobs without giving a service to celiacs.
Although the shop is quite small, care, hygiene and contamination are the aspects most dear to the owner.

C'è anche un piccolo corner con salumi e formaggi e alimentari in genere.
Il pane e i dolci sono molto buoni.
Le signore che lo gestiscono sono sempre molto gentili.
