★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è molto bello ed il cibo buono, tuttavia, purtroppo il personale è molto scortese e non capace di esaudire delle semplici richieste. Per esempio, durante la serata a cui ho partecipato, ci sono stati tolti i bicchieri e l'acqua molto prima dell'orario finale concordato e ci siamo così ritrovati senza niente da bere e recandoci al bar, ci hanno risposto che era chiuso. Alla richiesta di due lattine di coca cola a inizio serata ci sono state sbattute sul tavolo senza alcun tipo di gentilezza. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, sopratutto perchè il festeggiato si è innervosito a metà serata per il loro comportamento, rovinandogli così la festa e il divertimento e questo è quello che più di rattrista.
 The place is very nice and the food good, however, unfortunately the staff are very rude and unable to fulfill simple requests. For example, during the evening I attended, our glasses and water were removed long before the agreed final time and we found ourselves without anything to drink and on going to the bar, they told us that it was closed. At the request for two cans of coke at the beginning of the evening they were thrown on the table without any kind of kindness. I do not recommend it to anyone, especially because the birthday boy got nervous in the middle of the evening for their behavior, thus ruining the party and the fun and this is what saddens him most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri sera ho cenato al Fondaco dei Mercanti e la mia valutazione è decisamente positiva. Il locale è molto bello, addobbato con gusto per le festività natalizie, caldo e con personale molto accogliente.
Il cibo è stato ottimo, ben cucinato e ben presentato. Ho gradito moltissimo la vellutata di sedano rapa con frutti di mare. Il personale di sala molto gentile e disponibile.
Da riprovare sicuramente.
Last night I had dinner at the Fondaco dei Mercanti and my evaluation is very positive. The place is very nice, tastefully decorated for the Christmas holidays, warm and with very welcoming staff.
The food was great, well cooked and well presented. I really enjoyed the celeriac soup with seafood. The dining room staff very polite and helpful.
Definitely to try again.

Il fondaco è un posto in cui vale assolutamente la pena mangiare almeno una volta. La location è immersa nel verde, ha un fascino unico ed è pulita e accogliente. I proprietari sono professionali, capaci e perdutamente innamorati del loro lavoro che svolgono in maniera eccellente.
Alberto, lo chef, propone menù ricercati con materie prime di pregio, fresche e stagionali, raccontando con i suoi piatti la sua cucina sempre innovativa.
Matteo in sala è gentile, disponibile, professionale e abbina magistralmente ad ogni pietanza un vino che sceglie da una cantina a dir poco fornita.
Frutto del loro lavoro instancabile è un’esperienza appagante ed entusiasmante che regalano al cliente…inevitabilmente ci si ritorna!

Il fondaco is a place where it is absolutely worth eating at least once. The location is surrounded by greenery, has a unique charm and is clean and welcoming. The owners are professional, capable and madly in love with their work which they do excellently.
Alberto, the chef, offers refined menus with quality raw materials, fresh and seasonal, illustrating his always innovative cuisine with his dishes.
Matteo in the dining room is kind, helpful, professional and masterfully combines each dish with a wine he chooses from a well-stocked cellar.
The result of their tireless work is a satisfying and exciting experience that they give to the customer ... inevitably you come back!
