P	Petite Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso giudicare il loro lavoro di fioriste, perché dopo una videochiamata esplicativa fatta un mese fa in cui mi hanno mostrato le loro proposte, alla mia richiesta di un preventivo per un matrimonio sono sparite nel nulla. Ho inviato messaggi e mail a cui seguivano risposte vaghe, ma il preventivo non è mai arrivato, così come non è mai arrivata una spiegazione sul perché non hanno più risposto (anche un diniego sarebbe andato bene se non avevano tempo !). Siccome per me i rapporti anche lavorativi si fondano sul rispetto, ci siamo rivolti altrove. I cannot judge their work as florists, because after an explanatory video call made a month ago in which they showed me their proposals, when I asked for a quote for a wedding, they disappeared into thin air. I sent messages and emails followed by vague answers, but the quote never arrived, just as an explanation never came as to why they no longer replied (even a denial would have been fine if they didn't have time!). Since for me working relationships are based on respect, we turned elsewhere.

Tuttavia siamo talmente soddisfatti che non abbiamo alcun rimpianto. Veramente abbiamo percepito tanta creatività ed arte. Non sono solo fiori. Gli stessi fiori da un altro fioraio non avrebbero reso altrettanto. We admit it: we spent more on the flowers for the ceremony than we had budgeted for at the table. However, we are so satisfied that we have no regrets. We actually perceived a lot of creativity and art. They are not just flowers. The same flowers from another florist would not have paid off as much.
