Il nostro sempre cucciolo tommy è stato curato nei minimi dettagli con rispetto e amore che tutti gli animali meritano, questa è la cosa che conta in assoluto più di tutto. I would like to publicly thank Mr. Gianni for all the preparation, the welcome and the kindness shown. Our always puppy Tommy has been cared for down to the smallest detail with respect and love that all animals deserve, this is the thing that matters most of all.

p	paola cabrini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando abbiamo perso il nostro Atos di quasi 9 anni ci siamo rivolti a Il Fido Custode e abbiamo trovato oltre a competenza, delle persone di cuore che ci sono state vicine con dolcezza, delicatezza ed umanità. Noi eravamo distrutti e devo ringraziare Gianni per esserci stato accanto nella mezz'ora che precedeva la cremazione, Sara per le informazioni date con professionalità e molta sensibilità e Marta per le coccole date ad Atos immediatamente prima della cremazione. Li devo ringraziare soprattutto perchè ci hanno permesso dopo 2 giorni che Atos era lì da loro di poterlo riabbracciare e baciare prima dell'ultimo saluto. Lo hanno amorevolmente spazzolato profumato e avvolto nella sua copertina come se dormisse. Per noi è stato un gesto splendido come la carezza di Marta prima di chiudere il forno. Siete persone speciali. grazie di tutto. Atos vi avrebbe fatto tante coccole When we lost our Atos of almost 9 years we turned to Il Fido Custode and we found, in addition to competence, people of heart who were close to us with sweetness, delicacy and humanity. Una delicatezza e una professionalità unica ….. Complimenti…. Non immagino come avremmo potuto fare diversamente. Nonostante la chiamata di sabato sera, sono stati super disponibili! Servizio eccezionale! Uno non ci pensa, ma gli animali di affezione, sono parte integrante della famiglia, ed è giusto che vengano trattati al meglio anche dopo la morte. Consiglio vivamente qualora abbiate un amico peloso che purtroppo via ha lasciati! È stata una manna dal cielo averli scoperti! Grazie ancora per tutto ❤️ “Unfortunately” we had to turn to them because our 4-legged friend passed away. But luckily they are there! I don't imagine how we could have done otherwise. Despite the call on Saturday night, they were super helpful! Exceptional service! Ci hanno risposto molto velocemente tramite l’app di google dove avevo mandato comunicazione, fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie. Hanno prontamente ritirato la salma della nostra cagnolina presso la clinica dove era ricoverata e poi organizzato per il giorno dopo la cremazione. Servizio davvero eccezionale. Non solo nell’efficienza del loro lavoro ma anche come persone nel rincuorare e nel saper trattare altre persone in un momento difficile. Offrono anche tanti altri servizi per gli animali, consiglio vivamente per esperienza personale We turned to the Fido Custode when our dog passed away due to sudden pneumonia. They replied very quickly through the google app where I sent the communication, providing us with all the necessary information. They promptly collected the body of our dog at the clinic where she was hospitalized and then organized for the day after the cremation. Truly exceptional service. Not only in the efficiency of their work but also as people in encouraging and knowing how to treat other people in a difficult moment.
