Il cameriere ci ha chiesto la cottura per la carne, ordinata cottura media e sono arrivati 2 pezzi da 1kg l'uno solamente rosolati e totalmente crudi. Assieme alla carne al tavolo ci è stata presentata una pietra rovente per finire la cotture della carne. Avrei fatto meglio a casa, perché chiedere la cottura se al tavolo dobbiamo tagliarla e cucinarla noi? We ordered pizzas, nothing special, even two portions of Polish Scottona. The waiter asked us to cook the meat, ordered medium cooking and 2 pieces of 1kg each arrived, only browned and totally raw. Together with the meat at the table we were presented with a red-hot stone to finish cooking the meat. I would have done better at home, why ask for cooking if at the table we have to cut it and cook it ourselves?

Abbiamo mangiato tre diversi tipi di bistecca con tre diverse frollatura... Ragazzi credetemi carne così buona non la trovi nemmeno in Toscana. Chapeau ! A real surprise! You really don't expect a steak like that. Very cordial and competent. We ate three different types of steak with three different aging ... Guys believe me such good meat you can't even find it in Tuscany. Chapeau!

Ho messo 4 stelle semplicemente perché come secondo mi è arrivata una tagliata, a dire il vero abbondante, ma tiepida che in poco tempo è diventata fredda tanto da non riuscire a finirla, nonostante la carne era buona. In ogni caso lo consiglio. Abundant appetizers, very good first courses (I recommend IRPINO and CACIO). I put 4 stars simply because as a second I got a cut, actually abundant, but lukewarm that in a short time has become cold enough to not be able to finish it, despite the meat was good. In any case, I recommend it.
