La gentilezza della giovane signora che è anche prodiga di consigli utili e dritte per dolci perfetti.
Consiglio anche le bucce di cannoli .....croccantisss e gustose.
E concludo dicendo che è rassicurante vedere igiene nei minimi dettagli (disinfettante a ogni pagamento e guanti per prendere i prodotti???✅
se anche il pasticcere esce un momento fuori,ho notato che anche lui si disinfett prima di rientrare nel laboratorio ?
Penso qui sia sempre così ......come in effetti dovrebbe essere ...indipendentemente dal covid !!!!

For some years I have been buying almonds and almond flour here .... fresh and quality products !!!
The kindness of the young lady who is also generous with useful and straight advice for perfect desserts.
I also recommend the cannoli peels ..... crunchy and tasty.
And I conclude by saying that it is reassuring to see hygiene in the smallest details (disinfectant at each payment and gloves to take the products???✅
even if the pastry chef goes out for a moment, I noticed that he too disinfected himself before returning to the laboratory ?
I think here it is always like this ...... as in fact it should be ... regardless of the covid !!!!
