Sconsiglio assolutamente questo esercizio avendo a disposizione altre cartolerie gestite in maniera seria e professionale.
I had to select a star in order to write. Yesterday I was treated badly and offended by the owner, notoriously known for his lack of friendliness. I absolutely do not recommend this exercise since other stationeries are managed in a serious and professional manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In riferimento alla recensione della Signora Piera, posso attestare la maleducazione e l’assoluto disprezzo per il cliente del titolare: strappare una penna dalle mani e buttare per terra i soldi del cliente, urlando “Non tornare mai più qua” non mi sembra ASSOLUTAMENTE una reazione proporzionata a un mancato saluto, tra l’altro dovuto al fatto che il signor titolare non risponde MAI al “Buongiorno” degli avventori. Se non siete in grado di gestire il rapporto con il pubblico, cambiate lavoro.
In reference to Mrs. Piera's review, I can attest to the rudeness and absolute contempt for the owner's customer: snatching a pen from his hands and throwing the customer's money on the ground, shouting "Never come back here" does not seem ABSOLUTELY a proportionate reaction to a failure to greet, among other things due to the fact that the owner NEVER responds to the "good morning" of the patrons. If you are unable to manage the relationship with the public, change jobs.
