★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Custode degli Antichi Sapori è un signore di buon mestiere e ottima competenza sulla materia "sopraffina" dei sapori e tradizioni di una volta, poiché proprio di materia sopraffina si tratta, in un mondo di gusti sempre più standardizzati nel loro carattere e qualità. Tutto si sta perdendo ma un paese che perde anche i sapori di un tempo, conditi dalle sue profonde radici culturali, non è più un paese per me. Il titolare di questo piccolo, ma ben fornito esercizio, difende bene questi ultimi e perduti valori gastronomici. Ottimo banco salumeria e buona ricercatezza dei profumi e dei formaggi. Buona scoperta, per me che sono esigentissimo nella salumeria e formaggeria, in un piccolo centro come Morciano. Da provare... Ci tornerò appena possibile.
Il Custode degli Antichi Sapori is a gentleman of good trade and excellent expertise on the "superfine" matter of the flavors and traditions of the past, since it is precisely the superfine matter, in a world of tastes increasingly standardized in their character and quality. Everything is being lost but a country that also loses the flavors of the past, seasoned by its deep cultural roots, is no longer a country for me. The owner of this small but well-stocked restaurant defends the latter well and lost gastronomic values. Excellent delicatessen counter and good refinement of perfumes and cheeses. Good discovery, for me who are very demanding in the delicatessen and cheese shop, in a small town like Morciano. Try it ... I'll be back as soon as possible.
