Al COVO ci vado da 2 anni!!! Perché dove non ci arrivo io, mi ci fanno arrivare loro. Se non è "seguire" questo, non so cosa possa esserlo. 5 stelle = meno 20 burpees. ?????❤️ I am a lost cause, sportingly speaking ... And in all my life I have never gone beyond 2 months, inside a "gym" ... I have been going to COVO for 2 years !!! Because where I don't get there, they make me get there. Ora dopo mesi che la frequento sono entusiasta della scelta fatta. Mi sento stimolata ad andare mi sento seguita e spronata a migliorare sempre... È come una grande famiglia che ti supporta. Simone il coach ti segue e ti consiglia sempre il modo giusto e corretto per fare un determinato esercizio... Più che siddisfata anche dei risultati...
