V	Veronica guidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorrei partire dal fatto che ho chiesto un baby-boomer e al posto di dirmi che non erano in grado farlo mi hanno fatto una french lunga catalizzando tutte le unghie al posto di provare su una sola, che ovviamente ho dovuto fare rimuovere (ovviamente mi sono presa la colpa di aver fatto ritardare le clienti successive). La seconda volta, perché comunque ho voluto dare fiducia, sono tornata a casa con le dita indolenzite poiché oltre alle cuticole mi erano state tagliate “parti” di pelle viva. Inoltre lo smalto non è stato steso per nulla bene, non sono voluta tornare a farmelo sistemare poiché avendo già sofferto una volta preferivo tenerle così. Oggi ho scritto al proprietario per spiegargli le ragioni per la quale non sarei più tornata e la sua risposta è stata che non accettava le mie considerazioni perché avrei dovuto scrivergli prima, perché dopo 3 settimane in sostanza non avevo il diritto di “lamentarmi”. Ha anche aggiunto che il semi permanente dura 2 massimo 3 settimane (in pratica se lo smalto sembra sciolto è colpa mia, che non sono andata a rifarle entro le 2 settimane e non di come è stato utilizzato il prodotto). Mi sono informata e il semi permanente rinforzato dura 4 settimane, per cui ero ancora nei tempi. Lascio qualche fotografia per dar credito alla mia recensione. Il tutto per ben €28 mi pare un po’ esagerato!!! Today I wrote to the owner to explain the reasons why I would never come back and his response was that he did not accept my considerations because I should have written to him earlier, because after 3 weeks I basically had no right to "complain". She also added that the semi-permanent lasts 2 to 3 weeks (basically if the nail polish seems loose it's my fault, I didn't go to redo it within 2 weeks and not how the product was used). I got informed and the reinforced semi-permanent lasts 4 weeks, so I was still on time. I leave some photos to give credit to my review. All this for a good € 28 seems a bit exaggerated !!!
