β β β β β Un viaggio nella buona cucina e in un utilizzo delle materie prime innovativo e apprezzabilissimo. Ho avuto modo di provare una degustazione di vari piatti con vini abbinati sapientemente. Il dessert? Puro genio: il gelato al sedano con crumble di cacao divino. Spero di tornarci e auguro con tutto il cuore qualche riconoscimento importante allo chef
 A journey into good food and an innovative and highly appreciated use of raw materials. I got to try a tasting of various dishes with expertly paired wines. Dessert? Pure genius: celery ice cream with divine cocoa crumble. I hope to return and I wholeheartedly wish some important recognition to the chef

We decided to have a tasting dinner almost out of curiosity and a bet, instead we were pleasantly surprised by a wave of ever-growing flavors never tried before .. I give five stars, they deserve them for competence, kindness and knowledge of raw materials

It is a beautiful experience! Bring the palate, taste, smell and sight to enjoy magical sensations. The combination of the various textures and tastes is something truly unique! β β β β β What an experience. The atmosphere was great and the service dedicated. We felt very welcomed. The vegetarian and fish menu as well as the wine were delicious and something you don't get every day. Very modern and innovative.

β β β β β We came her for dinner and it was a great experience. We had the seven course Contemporaneo menu. We were asked for any intolerances or allergies and then the journey began. The menu was a combination of regional, tradional ingredients with modern techniques and aromas. Each dish had it's own little story to tell and was accompanied by a well chosen wine pairing. All in all a lovely experience. The service was very helpfull and friendly as well.

Contemporaneo really is an incredible experience! One thing maybe you should know before going is the fact that this place has a Michelin Mention and the prices are incredible when you compare it to the quality of the cuisine they serve! When I was there, they gave us an option to have testing menus consisting of 3-5-7-9 Courses how ever for Vegeterian Friendly Menus we could only pick 3-5 so we picked the 5 one.
The food is incredible, the presentation is flawless and the waiters and waitresses are so friendly and know how to make you feel comfortable and they work really well with the cooking team.
So in 3 words I would summarize Contemporaneo with: Teamwork, Passion and Hospitality!
Itβs a must go if you are in Pistoia or close to it!
